If i want to go somewhere and someone that i can give some power to run company for a time then i will give "Acting authority" title to that person and a paycheck from the owner not from the company or any scheme(so no one can misuse and it will be 40:60 or 50:50 split paycheck of that year or quater even if he or she is for a day) there will be restriction for how long can be appointed and what authority the action person can have.
